What makes you reach out to me?

I usually meet with each client twice a week at fixed times. This structure and frequency are important foundations for the psychological work and change we aim to achieve in psychotherapy. If you have any budgetary, scheduling, or other constraints that may affect this arrangement, please indicate them below so that we can take them into account.
